About SAT Group Classes
Group sessions are conducted in-person. This is a less customized, but still thorough review of SAT content and strategies. Students will be in a small group of up to 10, interacting in fun games, discussions, etc. We go over all the important reading/writing and math concepts on the SAT, and I teach them tips and strategies for taking the test. They will receive practice material that we will go over together and have 1-1.5 hours of homework after each session to practice each concept independently.
The cost is less than 40% the cost of one-on-one tutoring, so it’s a great value. There are six 2-hour classes for a total of 12 hours of instruction.
This course lays the foundation. If students wish to continue with individualized tutoring after that, they can take timed practice tests, and we can correct them together. Please see the one-on-one SAT sessions page for more information.
CLASS DATES AND LOCATION
Spring, 2026 Session A: Six Sundays in the Spring leading up to the April school day SAT (with breaks for President’s Day weekend and Spring Break).
Dates: February 8, 22; March 1, 8, 15; April 5. April 12 is a backup date in case of a snow day or other unforeseen event. If students miss a session, a recording will be provided.

Summer, 2026 Session B: Mon/Wed/Fri mornings for 2 weeks
Dates: June 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19

Summer, 2026 Session C: Sun/Tues/Th evenings for 2 weeks
Dates: July 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30

Fall, 2026 Session D: Sunday afternoons for six weeks.

This is the bright conference room with comfortable chairs where we meet. Unique Workplace is centrally located and shares a parking lot with Vanguard Church near Academy and Austin Bluffs.
Group Class Price
Group classes are $699 for 12 hours of instruction. You may pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank-to-bank transfer. Classes are made up of 3-10 students. At least 3 students are needed for the class to run, so I encourage you to sign up with a friend.
I give a referral bonus of $50 to any parent or student who recommends my services to another student who signs up for the class. Please have the friend inform me when they register. I love giving teens $50 of “fun money” as my thank you for their recommendation.
