We’ll compare schedules and find a tutoring time that works well for your child. After-school and evening appointments are the most popular, but if your child has a study hall or free block during the school day, that can also be a great option.
Once we decide on a tutoring schedule, we will send you a registration link where you can enter your information and preferred payment method for automatic billing (credit card, debit card, or bank account). All payment information is securely encrypted. Families are billed around the 25th of each month for sessions scheduled in the following month.
Your tutor will then reach out to introduce themselves, provide their contact information, and share the link for any online sessions. If you ever have questions or scheduling conflicts, you are always welcome to contact your tutor directly.
During the first session, the tutor will spend a few minutes getting to know your student before beginning instruction. This helps your child feel comfortable and allows the tutor to build rapport. Our tutors are warm, encouraging, and skilled at connecting with students.
After each session, your tutor will send a brief email summary of what was covered and how the session went. You are welcome to reply to those emails at any time.
