Physics and Upper-level Math Specialist

Meghan is a dedicated educator and engineer with a passion for making complex concepts approachable and engaging. She spent five years serving as an electrician in the Navy before earning her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, combining hands-on technical experience with a deep love for math and physics. Her background gives her a unique ability to connect real-world problem solving to the subjects she teaches.

Meghan tutors upper-level math, including Algebra II, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics, as well as all levels of Physics, from general to AP. She specializes in helping students build confidence in challenging topics by breaking them down into clear, foundational ideas. She believes every student is capable of understanding difficult material when it is presented in a way that meets them where they are. Her teaching style emphasizes curiosity, patience, and creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning through the process.

Outside of tutoring, Meghan enjoys gardening, caring for animals, and volunteering at a local ranch. She spends much of her free time with her husband and their lively collection of chickens, ducks, and dogs, embracing any opportunity to be outdoors and connected to nature.
